Rithmic Testing DTC Direct ?

Hi,

Any update on when the prerelease will be ready for user testing on the new Rithmic DTC interface ?

I installed 2150 but it crashed on me and sierra closed down so I went back to the stable 2147.

PS will the IP addresses we need to use this service be listed on the sierra website as this seems different from the current drop down selection box method for choosing the appropriate Rithmic sxerver ?

That definitely should not occur and we cannot reproduce this. This would be very unusual to have this problem. Maybe it is caused by custom studies:

We need to find out the addresses from Rithmic. We do not know what they are. The new Rithmic integration is now released in 2150, but we do not know what the addresses are.

I'm wondering if these are the addresses we need (see attached).

I tested them but then the message log gave me an error:

"Rithmic Direct-DTC | Service Username or Password is not set. Set in 'Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings' | 2021-04-22 01:57:38.125"

This is despite entering the username and password

No, we will ask Rithmic again.

And also that error message does indicates a problem we need to fix. There should not be a check for the username and password. The connection process is checking the wrong ones.

Acro, according to that png file you posted, can you specify the format that I would need to paste into the trading server address:port or market data server address:port? I need to establish a connection with my Uprofit credentials since Uprofit is not a default gateway under Rithmic Trading.

sorry unrelated but I also need to figure out what Uprofit's ip and port number are too..
