I installed 2150 but it crashed on me and sierra closed down so I went back to the stable 2147. That definitely should not occur and we cannot reproduce this. This would be very unusual to have this problem. Maybe it is caused by custom studies:Sierra Chart Unexpectedly Shutting Down | Memory Errors | Unusual Software Problems | Exception Errors | Freezing of User Interface PS will the IP addresses we need to use this service be listed on the sierra website as this seems different from the current drop down selection box method for choosing the appropriate Rithmic sxerver ? We need to find out the addresses from Rithmic. We do not know what they are. The new Rithmic integration is now released in 2150, but we do not know what the addresses are.
