Not recognising TransAct username and password

Under Global Settings - Data/Trade Service Settings, TransAct user and password is not being recognised by their servers. User and pass has just been issued in the past few hours.
This is a trial demo account. Can you please assist with trouble shoot? Note: did not make the mistake of entering SierraChart credentials under above settings. Please refer to message log
