Live Trading with Denali for AMP customer

Hello,

I have switched over to Denali. I have been trading in SIM mode until today.

The chart was showing I was NOT in SIM. I pulled a trade and exited.
I entered a second one. I noticed after a while that my SIM was backed on by itself. Why does Sierra switch back to SIM mode?

Then I looked in the Trade Log, it showed me that I was using the SIM mode even on the first trade. I am confused. How can I be on Live trading but in SIM mode?

Then I looked on the trading service. It showed "SC Data - All Services [data]". Does this explain why I am in SIM mode thinking I am in Live Trade mode?

So I changed to "SC Futures Order Routing/Data [trading]". I got "Connection error... Trade account not assigned." Is there an account setup problem?
