It showed "SC Data - All Services [data]". Does this explain why I am in SIM mode thinking I am in Live Trade mode?
Yes.

So I changed to "SC Futures Order Routing/Data [trading]". I got "Connection error... Trade account not assigned." Is there an account setup problem?
