Hello, my friend Jay introduced me to your platform. So I made an account hoping to use the free trial, however it is saying I have the same IP address as "Godlikeduckz" which makes sense as I am at his house and made the account. Not sure why this restriction is in place, you only allow a delayed feed on the trial so it's of no actual use to real trading. Please can I be given the usage credit I was promised so I can navigate the platform and see if it is for me, and just to clarify using IP's to confirm this is not right. In the UK there's whole streets that all have the same IP...

We have reset your trial, so you should be fine now. We do not check based on the IP address only. It is also related to the computer itself. So if your friend logged into his account on the same computer, then that would have tripped our trial analyzer. Also, you state: you only allow a delayed feed on the trial so it's of no actual use to real trading
This is incorrect. We offer delayed streaming data at no extra cost, which typically works out well, as it acts in all respects like real-time data, but is delayed 10-15 minutes. Therefore, it allows you to work with Sierra Chart and get used to it without having to pay for real-time data. If you are wanting real-time data, then you can pay for it while you are on trial.
