Hi, Thanks for the quick response. I have always used Denali and I paid for it via AMP, where my live account is held. I am not sure how to login to that account and I can't seem to find a relevant option from the drop down list to connect to this live account? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks, Sara |

More appropriately, you have been using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service about 2 months ago and they should have informed you of this, along with the change to use CQG for your order routing. As part of the process, you should have received a set of CQG credentials. If you do not have these, then get with AMP to get them. Once you have the CQG credentials, then follow the instructions at the following link to setup your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once the above is done, then open your Chartbooks (if not already open) and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Hello, I have logged in at the start of the new month with my CQG login, before reverting back to Sierra data, however I am still getting delayed data. I am not only getting it for CME products, I am also getting it for Eurex products. Do you have an idea how I can resolve? Thanks, Sara |
