More appropriately, you have been using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service about 2 months ago and they should have informed you of this, along with the change to use CQG for your order routing. As part of the process, you should have received a set of CQG credentials. If you do not have these, then get with AMP to get them. Once you have the CQG credentials, then follow the instructions at the following link to setup your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once the above is done, then open your Chartbooks (if not already open) and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
