I have an Infinity (Transact)platform and had a sierra package the payment was taken out of my account every month Not sure what happens now If I make a payment to Sierra charts via paypal will the data be on my trading platform and charts? Does payment work on a calendar month? ie pay on the 26 Feb end on 28 Feb but 1 month paid? Only want Bund data Regards |

Now, you need to pay for your Sierra Chart related charges directly to us. This would be your Usage Time and any data services that you get from us. Keep in mind that the Sierra Chart Account Name that you have been using starts with TransAct_User_ and ends with your Infinity account name. This is different from the account from which you have posted to this board. The Usage Time recurs on a 31 day cycle. The exchange fees recur on a calendar month cycle. In this case, then just use the Sierra Chart account you are logged into this support board with and make the payment on this account. Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:
