Keep in mind that the Sierra Chart Account Name that you have been using starts with TransAct_User_ and ends with your Infinity account name. This is different from the account from which you have posted to this board. The Usage Time recurs on a 31 day cycle. The exchange fees recur on a calendar month cycle.
