Changing from IQ feed, advanced chart package 5, help required.

Hi, I have had an account with Sierra for about 8 years now. I have always had service package 5 with you but I have been with IQ Feed for my data. From Fri 30th April I will be cancelling my subscription to them but wish to transfer over to the new Eurex data feed with you Sierra. I wish to have exactly the same services with the new feed. My current advanced service package 5 is pre paid to Sunday September 19th 2021. I’m not quite sure how to proceed with regards to set up & payments?. What I would like is to be able to pay as a bundle, ie 6 months for everything in advance to get the max discounts available but I’m paid up on the package until September this year. So how should I proceed ?. I would probably like to have this set up a week in advance of the IQ data feed finishing so I can be happy that everything is running smoothly. Please advise on my options & what I need to do, how to proceed & what you are able to do from your end to help make sure I’m up & running just as before but with your new data feed. |

Just follow the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for EUREX. As you go through that process, it will tell you everything you need to do. You will find the Setup Instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_EUREX In particular, when you need to change your package for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will be changing to Package 11. When you change your package, you just need to select the time frame for which you want the renewal to be done. So if you want to have Package 11 to renew for 6 months, then select that option. When you change your package, your are not charged anything, rather we change the End-Date of your current Usage Time based on the difference in the prices. So your Usage Time End Date will shift in (less usage time) since you are going to a higher priced package. Note that we do not charge for the exchange fees in multiple months.
