When you go to "Live Mode" are you changing the Connection Type on the Data/Trade Service Settings window? If that is set to Live, then are you taking the Sierra Chart system out of Simulation Mode by ensuring that there is not a checkmark next to the option Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On? Also update Sierra Chart: Software Download: Fast Update This resolves an issue when changing the Connection Type, it does not going to an effect on a reconnection due to the method of connection to Transact.
