When you go to "Live Mode" are you changing the Connection Type on the Data/Trade Service Settings window?

If that is set to Live, then are you taking the Sierra Chart system out of Simulation Mode by ensuring that there is not a checkmark next to the option Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On?
