no live data denali/cme after disconnect from trading service

since today I am only getting live cme data when i connect to my trading service. last week i could see live quotes from cme even beeing disconnected from my trading service. i deactivated auto renewal but as i read in a different support forum post it should be "Active till end of billing period".

What exactly do you mean by "when i connect to my trading service."?

If you select File >> Disconnect, then you will not get any data into the system.

If you are referring to a change in your Current Selected Service on the Data/Trade Service Settings window, then you would get data, but you would have to ensure that you have updated your symbols to match the currently selected service. To do this, select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

I have Interactive Brokers as my trading service and denali/cme as my data service. I can only use my denali feed:
1. I am connected to Interactive Brokers
2. I change Data/Trade Service Settings to SC Data All Service

Last week I still received live data even when I was not connected with Interactive Brokers nor did I change to SC Data.

My target is to continue to receive live data without changing the Data Settings even when Interactive Brokers gets disconnected.

This is not supported and never has been. We just cannot help with this at all. It will not help to ask us further.
