Hello, when I first downloaded Sierra Charts I connected my Interactive Brokers data feed and everything was working smooth. The replay was amazingly smooth with no problems (Video 1 is how it was running). Now when I try to do chart replay or just look at charts there is a horrible lag to them or more like they aren't even updating correctly. I've messed with the update intervals to see if that makes a difference but it doesn't change the way the chart updates. Ill attach a video of what I'm seeing (video 2). Please I really need help getting it back to the original format because the platform was running amazing and I don't want any more set backs.

You definitively need to use the Sierra Chart data feeds. You cannot be using or relying upon Interactive Brokers data. And we will provide absolutely no support whatsoever for that:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Notice: Sierra Chart Does Not Provide Support for Interactive Brokers Symbols or Data Issues

For the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds, refer to:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart

Let us know if you need help with this set up and let us know what exchanges you require data for.

Is there any way to get a trial of the Sierra chart data feed? I would like to test it before spending the monthly cost

Yes we have done this for you now. First thing is to complete the agreements:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

And then activate the exchange you want:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

The CME gives the first month free. We are assuming you want CME Group data?

I trade both futures & equities. Which exchange should I activate for equities data?

To get the U.S. Equities you need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information at the following link, including Setup Instructions:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Note that the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is separate from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. But they can be used together. Refer to the following:

Do you offer a trial for the equities data feed?

No we cannot offer a trial for real-time US equities data.

However, you do have access to the historical data at this time. Refer to this service:

Hello,

In the video attached below I show that I am connected to the sierra charts historical data feed. When I try to play the replay mode u can still see that its not showing the tick-by-tick movement of the candle stick. I don't believe this is a data feed issue. Is there any way to hard reset my platform to default settings? Maybe that would help

Make sure there is actually tick by tick data.

Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this:

If you actually did have to change your Intraday Storage Time Unit to 1-Tick, then you would also need to delete the data and reload it in order to ensure that the previous data that was not 1-tick gets replaced by the 1-tick data. Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Delete All Data And Download

Note that you only need to do the above command once for each symbol, and not for each chart.
