If you actually did have to change your Intraday Storage Time Unit to 1-Tick, then you would also need to delete the data and reload it in order to ensure that the previous data that was not 1-tick gets replaced by the 1-tick data. Refer to the following: Edit Menu: Edit >> Delete All Data And Download Note that you only need to do the above command once for each symbol, and not for each chart.
