I have email verification of payment, also it says i have 1 of 3 systems being used now not sure what that is all about. Need some help only run one computer with this platform. Thanks

well it seems i might have two accounts with sierra some how guess a very old one so guess some how maybe the payment went into that account which would crazy as i went into the support from the log in of the platform. So that might be the problem but not sure.

Yes you did make the payment on the account you used at post #3. You actually have logged into Sierra Chart using both of these accounts , apparently at different times.

Just use this account going forward:
pdcarpen_1

That will solve the issue. Since that is where you paid and that is what has the Usage credit and Services Balance.

Most likely they set you up on CQG. Therefore, follow the instructions here:

I signed up for denali with you guys and have cancelled my data with AMP and what i was using was CQG, so need to make sure i am connected to Denali feed as well, went through the docs and think i have it set up right. I change to SC DATA - all services for your feed or do i need to change it to CQG? thought the who reason for doing all of this was to get away from CQG? Thanks for all the help i do appreciate it.

You will still be using CQG for your order routing. You will be getting the data from us.

To do this, you need to have your Service set to CQG WebAPI. You will find all the information on how to setup your system to connect to CQG at this link:
CQG Trading Platform Service

Then, just to make sure that you are still setup to get your data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, go through these instructions:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services

And finally, just to make sure everything is setup correctly for your orders to go to CQG, you need to ensure that you are using the CQG symbols. To do this, open your Chartbooks and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service

Once all of the above is done, you will be fully setup to get your data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed and to be able to place orders through your AMP account using CQG for order routing.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
