Please assist us. We have many clients using Sierra Charts through Ontotrade reselling. We have had challenges since the new updated package offerings. We upgraded everyone to package 11 but our clients are not able to trade because their data feed (Specifically Historical) is not working. Yes every user is affected. All are trading Futures, with a majority on the Micro Mini S&P500. |

We really need someone to contact us directly, and log into this support board with their active account. We are just seeing a here an expired account. So we have no surrounding context. Select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". What is the "Current Selected Service" set to? Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
