Hello, I have an account with Infinity futures/Transact futures and I wanted to test out Sierra Charts instead of using AT Charts which I find a little basic. However, getting started with Sierra Charts has had me cold swetting and given me nightmares.. I lack the words needed to describe how complicated the setup-process seems to be, but maybe it's just me missing out on some crucial information. When I click "Data/trade service settings" and input my account details with transact futures I just get a message that I cannot connect. Can you see what is going wrong? I'm starting to think that it's perhaps something with the relationship between Transact and Infinity, since my account is technically with Infinity and not transact futures. Thank you. /Caleb |

You have immediate access to delayed market data. There is some complexity with real time CME data due to exchange rules.Follow the instructions here to get started: Getting Started, Opening Charts and Basic Trading When I click "Data/trade service settings" and input my account details with transact futures I just get a message that I cannot connect.
Yes this does make sense and it has to do with the complexity with Transact. This is not about Sierra Chart. You need to contact Transact support for help with the connection. If they do not help you we can recommend a different broker. It is their responsibility to help you with this . We simply cannot.

Thank you. What futures broker can you recommend? I'm not sure how satisfied I am with Transact. Please bear in mind that I'm a non-US customer. Cheers |
