1.Is this screen supposed to be black and white like this? In the installation manual provided upon download, this screen looks entirely different with the ability to change time zones, etc...

2. Also, I accidentally created a "new" account with Sierra Chart when I already had one many years ago. I forgot about a retail service I used as a rookie that had me make an account with Sierra Chart to upload their charts with. I probably had the same email, but a different computer back then. I think I read something along the way that said if people tried to create a new account for the purposes of getting the free trial, it will affect service somehow. Will having done this affect my service with Sierra Charts at all? I don't care about the free trial and I wasn't trying to get anything from you. I know for sure I am going to be using your service again. I'm not sure if doing so created an issue with the above question.

Yes you do have the ability to change the colors for the Settings Windows. Refer to:
