In the installation manual provided upon download, this screen looks entirely different with the ability to change time zones, etc... 2. Also, I accidentally created a "new" account with Sierra Chart when I already had one many years ago. I forgot about a retail service I used as a rookie that had me make an account with Sierra Chart to upload their charts with. I probably had the same email, but a different computer back then. I think I read something along the way that said if people tried to create a new account for the purposes of getting the free trial, it will affect service somehow. Will having done this affect my service with Sierra Charts at all? I don't care about the free trial and I wasn't trying to get anything from you. I know for sure I am going to be using your service again. I'm not sure if doing so created an issue with the above question. |
