Removed the Authorized Trading Account for the tt_order_routing.dtc.trading

I got this message from Sierra support "Removed the Authorized Trading Account for the tt_order_routing.dtc.trading trading service" and I am not sure what that means. I have a trading account through AMP and since April paying Sierra chart directly for using Sierra Chart and Denali data feed. I do not use AMP to place any trading orders I just use Sierra chart for analysis.

Now I am not able to login to my Sierra chart platform. Can anybody help how can I get the data access back ?

What you need to do now is: Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data-All Services.

And then translate the symbols for your Chartbooks with this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

This was because AMP removed the trading account from the TT system. This is an action in relation to what AMP did. Not Sierra Chart.

So it means i can close my AMP account since i do not use AMP or Sierra to place trades and use Sierra chart only to view charts ?

You still need to have a funded futures trading account in order to qualify for the Non-Professional CME Group exchange fees. Refer to the following:

AMP should have changed your account from using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service to CQG. If you do not have your CQG credentials, then you would need to ask AMP about this.

Once you have your CQG credentials, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:

Then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to change to the CQG symbols.
