I got this message from Sierra support "Removed the Authorized Trading Account for the tt_order_routing.dtc.trading trading service" and I am not sure what that means. I have a trading account through AMP and since April paying Sierra chart directly for using Sierra Chart and Denali data feed. I do not use AMP to place any trading orders I just use Sierra chart for analysis.

Now I am not able to login to my Sierra chart platform. Can anybody help how can I get the data access back ?
