Add Custom Study crash?

Every time that I go to Studies>Add Custom Study, the platform crashes and closes itself out and I have to restart the platform. And if I go to Add Custom Study again it will do it all over again, what to do to resolve?

Do you have any custom study DLL files in your Data directory for Sierra Chart (the folder "Data" is located directly under your main Sierra Chart installation folder, which is typically C:\SierraChart). If you do, then move then out and try them one by one to see if one of them is the issue. If you do not have any DLL files in your Data directory that make sure you the file named "UserContributedStudies_64.dll" in your Data folder. If that is missing then it is most likely due to your Anti-Virus software. Let us know the status of the above solutions and we can then help you further if needed. Do you have any issues adding a regular Sierra Chart study to the chart? Something simple like "Volume"? What is the file size of the UserContributedStudies_64.dll? So you are still getting an abnormal shutdown of Sierra Chart when you select Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study, even when in Safe Mode? That is very unusual.

Somehow there is a problem with one of the custom studies that you have in your folder. We recommend removing all of them from your Data folder and then trying them one-by-one to find out which one is giving you the problem.
