Do you have any custom study DLL files in your Data directory for Sierra Chart (the folder "Data" is located directly under your main Sierra Chart installation folder, which is typically C:\SierraChart). If you do, then move then out and try them one by one to see if one of them is the issue. If you do not have any DLL files in your Data directory that make sure you the file named "UserContributedStudies_64.dll" in your Data folder. If that is missing then it is most likely due to your Anti-Virus software. Let us know the status of the above solutions and we can then help you further if needed.
