Optimizing Sierra Charts for my computer

Hello, I've been using sierra charts for while now and I like it. I used to have old computer and experienced a lot of data downloads issues, etc. but now I have real trading computer and I continue to see the same issues. I talked to my computer providers and they looked at it and noticed that Sierra charts did not use multi-threading to download the data and told me get in touch with you guys to help me solve this issue.

I would like to request phone service with screen sharing to be able to fully resolve this issue ASAP.

We need to understand the specific issue you are having.

Keep in mind that the first time you open a chart for a symbol there is a lot of data initially downloaded and it can take several minutes to get all that data. This is normal.

There are few things I having issues with.
1. I need help optimizing Sierra charts for my computer
2. Gold and US data isn't coming, sometimes it comes, other times it doesn't
3. Same with live US equities data
4. I would like to link my TOS/TD Ameritrade data feed with SC and be able to access the data into SC especially the FRED economic data
5. There are additional questions that I have as well.

For Gold I'm getting the following error: "Symbol is Unknown. Click for symbol information. Already subscribed to symbol. New Subscription rejected."

Same with US dollar Index as well.. and Another and the biggest issue I've been experiencing is that your feed connects and disconnect all the time so I need someone to talk to and share the screen with and go over all of these issues and inquiries that I have.

My phone is updated and best time for me is tomorrow between 11 am to 12 pm Central and Thursday 04/01 between 12 pm - 1 pm Central.

There is no support for this.

For this, use this Edit menu command to make sure all the symbols are set correctly and there are no conflicts:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
