Hello, I've been using sierra charts for while now and I like it. I used to have old computer and experienced a lot of data downloads issues, etc. but now I have real trading computer and I continue to see the same issues. I talked to my computer providers and they looked at it and noticed that Sierra charts did not use multi-threading to download the data and told me get in touch with you guys to help me solve this issue. I would like to request phone service with screen sharing to be able to fully resolve this issue ASAP. Please let me know when you're able to help. Thanks |
