sierra chart does not show me the account volume which is available at amp after i haven't traded for a long time. I can't act. amp says sierra is at fault. sierra says amp is the fault. no one helps. now I'm still trying here. is there a solution or do I have to cancel both? I have never experienced anything like this unbelievable. The support from both of them only gets in touch after about 60 - 80 minutes. Am very disappointed!!!! First of all, it appears that you are still trying to trade through the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, or at least you are setup to connect to that service. But, AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service about a month ago when TT had issues with the order routing to the CME for a few days. AMP should have moved you to CQG for your order routing. If you have not received your CQG information then you need to talk to AMP about this. Once you get your CQG information, you will follow these Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After that is done, you will need to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
