First of all, it appears that you are still trying to trade through the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, or at least you are setup to connect to that service.

But, AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service about a month ago when TT had issues with the order routing to the CME for a few days.

AMP should have moved you to CQG for your order routing. If you have not received your CQG information then you need to talk to AMP about this.

Once you get your CQG information, you will follow these Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:

After that is done, you will need to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update your symbols to the CQG symbols.
