I have followed all settings including self helf page settings.I tried disconnecting and connecting data. I still get delayed data. Is realtime data not enabled on my account ? Thanks |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". You are setup to receive Real-Time data for the CME exchange through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The symbol that is shown in your Message Log is AMZN which is a stock symbol. You are NOT setup to get Real-Time data from us for stocks. If you want to get Real-Time data for stocks, then you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the U.S. Equities exchange. I was trying to see if changing port address help I can find "SC Server Settings" under Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. These settings are moved elsewhere now ? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-03-30 18:38:23

You are not using the correct symbols. NQM21 is the old symbol format.
