Hello. I currently have the 3 Standard package for $26 a month. I am looking for the best data package. I am a non-professional and already have a Phillip Capital Account. I have seen that I can get data for $3.25 a month and think that is the best option. I plan to only trade ES, NQ, MNQ and MES. Thank you for your time.

To get the data from us through the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will need to follow these Setup Instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Note that you will need to connect Sierra Chart to your Phillip Capital account at least once a month in order to validate the account so you can qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees. Refer to the information here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I am trying to enable the Denali Exchange Data Feed to my account but I am unable to. I have a balance in my account that is able to cover the exchange fee costs as well as the service package I have and I have signed all the agreements that are available for me to sign. When I go to activate the data feed I get this error message that is in the image attached.

It says "Failed to activate the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange."
It also says "The data feed is not enabled on the account."

How am I able to set this up as I am following the setup instructions but they are not working? I have been fumbling around with Sierra Chart for weeks now. I do not know why it is this difficult. There is more than enough information but the problem is that there is too much information. I always have multiple tabs open that lead me in a circle trying to figure this out.

Thanks.

You have not changed your Service Package. You need to change to package 10.

Be sure you follow each of the steps in the Setup Instructions here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
