I am trying to enable the Denali Exchange Data Feed to my account but I am unable to. I have a balance in my account that is able to cover the exchange fee costs as well as the service package I have and I have signed all the agreements that are available for me to sign. When I go to activate the data feed I get this error message that is in the image attached. It says "Failed to activate the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange." It also says "The data feed is not enabled on the account." How am I able to set this up as I am following the setup instructions but they are not working? I have been fumbling around with Sierra Chart for weeks now. I do not know why it is this difficult. There is more than enough information but the problem is that there is too much information. I always have multiple tabs open that lead me in a circle trying to figure this out. Thanks. |
