I just finished the migration from NT to Sierra Chart, everything seemed to be working and I was just about to make the first trade and received a log of the order was rejected.

AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service several weeks ago. They should have informed you of this, and they should have moved you to CQG for Order Routing.

If you want to continue to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then you would need to change brokers. Refer to the partial list of brokers that support the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions

If you are going to stay with AMP, then they should have given you CQG credentials. If they have done this (or once you get them), then you need to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to CQG by following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions

Once you complete the above then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to update the symbols to CQG symbols.

By following an advice from Sierra support team I have changed broker just a few weeks ago. I also had a discussion with AMP support explaining my setup requirement of Sierra, SC routing, TT, Eurex Denali Exchange data feed. So, I'm shocked now that they stopped supporting this just by the time I have just finalised the transition and funds transfer.

We are sorry, this all happened suddenly when TT had an issue with their order routing to the CME for a few days. You would need to talk to AMP for any further details, as it was their decision.

Can you please advice a solution? What I remember Stage Five is the other broker supporting TT? Is there anyone else or have I left with only one option?

We have a partial list of brokers that support the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, but any broker (apart from AMP) that supports TT for a trading service can be used with the service. Refer to Step #2 in the Setup Instructions here:

Hi John,

I've just received a message from Stage Five Trading with following:

At Advantage Futures, there will also be a $50 MAP fee per month to trade Eurex on Sierra TT. This has to do with Advantage’s firmwide set up with TT and unfortunately there is no way around it. Advantage is the only FCM we work with that offers Eurex on TT.

Is that something I could consider as an option or any caviat again I don't see? Would that mean Advantages Futures should offer TT as well?

To be honest, it seems very unclear to me how it all works. Is there any documentation or source I can get myself familiar why broker needs to support TT. I would like to understand the entire chain from client to Eurex. Thank you

The documentation for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service can be found here:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

With this service, we have a server co-located with the TT servers which are connected to the exchange. Server Side bracket orders are held on our servers and as necessary are sent to TT to actually make any trades with the exchange.

The brokers, however, manage your account. We have asked around, but most of them are requiring a fee, like the $50 MAP fee that you were told about, in order to place trades with EUREX. We only found one that does not, but they require a $50,000 account balance.

Another choice is to use CQG for order routing to the EUREX. You should not have the issue of the $50.00 fee with them. Check around with some brokers on whether that is the way you want to go.

Thanks John. With CQG order routing would that mean to drop Denali data feed right? What difference is in cost per month? I'd prefer to stick with Denali because I've noticed some discrepancies in CQG continuum

With CQG, you do not need to drop the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can continue to get your data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

You are currently getting the EUREX data from us, which is a total of $35.00 per month ($10 data feed fee + $25.00 Exchange Fee).

Hi John,
I have enabled CQG order routing with AMP.
After receiving my new credentials I set it up from step 6 - 13 CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions
However, I placed an order but it's rejected. Please see a screenshot.

One of the things to check is that your Time in Force is set correctly. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main >> TimeInForce (Time in Force):

But you would need to check with your broker to find out exactly why that order was rejected.

Hi John,

technical support from AMP fixed the problem for me. Thank you.
Sidenote: CQG order routing is just a temporary fix for me and I'm hoping to see Eurex available through SC order routing later this year per your comment below:

As far as direct routing to the EUREX, on the Sierra Chart order routing service, we do intend that but really it is not likely to come until significantly later. Hard to give a time estimate but should be within the year, 2021, if we do proceed with it (No guarantees yet though).
