Server Side bracket orders are held on our servers and as necessary are sent to TT to actually make any trades with the exchange. The brokers, however, manage your account. We have asked around, but most of them are requiring a fee, like the $50 MAP fee that you were told about, in order to place trades with EUREX. We only found one that does not, but they require a $50,000 account balance. Another choice is to use CQG for order routing to the EUREX. You should not have the issue of the $50.00 fee with them. Check around with some brokers on whether that is the way you want to go.
