There is a problem in version 1100 relating to the downloading of Historical Daily data. It will be resolved. Version 1100 has been removed.

For now go back to the prior version by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

If you are missing any data in Intraday charts, refer to help topic 7.1:

I have the 5 symbols updating now , but there is no backfill at all.

These are the only 5 symbols I opened , so the number of requested symbols

cannot be the issue.

I used to have a lot more symbols open for years , so I do
not understand what is happening.
I went thr the info files you indicated.

What I found was that Max.Hist.intraday Days to download was 1825 , I changed it to fifteen.
I have never put any number in this field, so I do not know why it was there.

Is there a way the system will backfill the charts?

thks

We apologize for the delay with responding. The main problem why this occurs is that you are getting a "pacing violation" from IB.

So you just have to keep trying to get the historical data from Interactive Brokers, by following the procedure in help topic 7.1 here:

Hi

yes pacing violation was the problem

everything is ok again , thanks to your instructions.

I didnot tell you it was working again as you
prefer not to get the "thank you "message .
