Orders not getting filled and can't be cancelled or modified

I have a couple of orders that are showing different status - pending, open. These orders did not get filled and can't be cancelled either. First time seeing this issue - how to resolve? I have tried restarting SC but that did not help.

Currently no idea what the real status is of these orders.

You are using CQG. You need to contact your broker about this.

It is only necessary to use Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Server in the event there is some problem with the status of orders from the server.

CQG - Order Routing Problems



The order routing system is experiencing technical problems. Compound Orders (OCOs, Brackets, etc) sent from our Chicago risk location are not properly updating in CAST and therefore are missing positions.

If users stay logged in they should continue to see updated orders and positions. If they log off they will lose it.

We have set the margins to 100% exchange until CQG resolves this issue.

All customers will be notified when the system is functioning normally.

I know you're busy, but please please, if there's any way to complete your direct CME routing sooner, that'd be great. The CQG is just garbage. I could complain about issues, but I think it'd be redundant. I'm just patiently waiting for your direct CME routing service, which I'm sure will be exponentially better.

i'm also using CQG routing and i'm currently stuck with an order that i can't cancel.

i have no idea if it got filled and i'm currently sitting in a position or if it actually got cancelled.

jesus christ this is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE by CQG and also TT. absolute horseshit. can't believe this is still happening in 2021.

Optimus support pointed me to m.cqg.com

There I can at least see the orders that I can't fucking cancel. But jesus christ what an absolute abortion of a website that is.

Guys, try CME Firmsoft, maybe you can cancel there, have you called your FCMs?

Do end users have access to Firmsoft?

AMP isn't even putting callers in the phone queue at this point. Just a notice to leave a message and they'll call you back.

I'm not so sure if you can get Firmsoft as a retail trader, but it's really useful when something like this happens. Ask FCM if they can set it up for you.

We are working on it. The order routing part is done and certified, we are just working on redundancy, and interfaces to manage account related settings.

It will be a very stable and reliable and redundant system.

I´m in the same situation - I have no idea whether I have a live trade or resting orders in the market or not, and I can´t adjust or cancel the orders I can see. CQG this is totally unacceptable, and completely pathetic in 2021 !

In the same boat here. I guess they are manually closing all orders but the issue almost definitely incurred losses in my account because my stops didn't hit. Such a mess.

Update - until last night I was not seeing any open positions OR margin requirements. However, this morning all three orders from yesterday got executed - what a mess! This is how the inept idiots handled the situation.

This is seriously messed up - I am still seeing incorrect account balances and profits from my closed trades are not being reflected in the balance or in the DPL info.

Curious to know - is anyone else seeing any issues with Account Balance, Daily-Profit-Loss etc. today? Have not gotten any response from AMP on this yet.
