Email from AMP regarding CQG: CQG - Order Routing Problems
The order routing system is experiencing technical problems. Compound Orders (OCOs, Brackets, etc) sent from our Chicago risk location are not properly updating in CAST and therefore are missing positions. If users stay logged in they should continue to see updated orders and positions. If they log off they will lose it. We have set the margins to 100% exchange until CQG resolves this issue. All customers will be notified when the system is functioning normally. See attached for email screenshot. @ Sierra Chart Engineering: I know you're busy, but please please, if there's any way to complete your direct CME routing sooner, that'd be great. The CQG is just garbage. I could complain about issues, but I think it'd be redundant. I'm just patiently waiting for your direct CME routing service, which I'm sure will be exponentially better. |
