Problem with the data on my charts.

I don't have all of the data on all of my charts.
I signed up for an 11 $ 46 package on Friday but don't have a funded trading account.
I think I made a mistake.
So this morning I wanted to go back and take the $ 5 package back to $ 36.
I no longer know what to choose in Data / Trade Service Settings.
I updated Sierra but it hasn't changed.

At this point, since you are on Package 5, you would only be getting Real-Time data for Forex and CFDs and you would be getting Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group and EUREX. All other data would be delayed historical data.

Let us know if you are not getting the data as specified above. If not, then tell us one symbol for which you are having an issue and the particular problem you are having.
