At this point, since you are on Package 5, you would only be getting Real-Time data for Forex and CFDs and you would be getting Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group and EUREX. All other data would be delayed historical data. Let us know if you are not getting the data as specified above. If not, then tell us one symbol for which you are having an issue and the particular problem you are having.
