1. "  1. HTTP error sending order fills. Response: ERROR: Array
  (
[1] => Failed to save to DataBase
  )
| HTTP status: Request completed with the HTTP response status code 200. | 2021-03-12 11:15:10.783 *"

2. Latest SC version, trade service log pops up in all instances even with other instances set to not open the trade service log.

3. Could it be possible to pull in to SC from IB TWS their 'PNL Realized, Unrealized % GAIN/LOSS, and PNL % Change since last close fields?

4. Is it possible to download missing order fills into SC while TWS was disconnected, and also older fills going further back?

1, 2. Disable this option:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalTradeSettings.html#SendOrderFillsToSCWebServer

3. This is not something we would add.

4. This happens automatically and there are service specific settings to control this in this window:
Data/Trade Service Settings

Whether any data is received or not is another question though.

1. Disabled send fills to SCWebServer, Trade service log still pops up in all instances when set not to, ie if Trading Lock is enabled and an order is placed.

2. Are any of these trade service logs entries of concern? If not, is it possible to remove them and keep the Trade Service log clean to only see actual trade order errors?

a. Trading message from IB: Order Event Warning:Attribute 'Outside Regular Trading Hours' is ignored based on the order type and destination. PlaceOrder is now being processed. Error Code: 2109. ServiceOrderID: 313. InternalOrderID: 632. | 2021-03-15 09:07:17.120
b. Trading message from IB: Order Canceled - reason:. Error Code: 202. ServiceOrderID: 312. InternalOrderID: 631. | 2021-03-15 09:08:01.756
c. TradeActivity files query time: 0.015562 seconds. Entries: 0. Current queries: 1 | 2021-03-15 09:22:41.446

3. If TWS is closed, seems Denali will continue updating price line on the chart, but new bars on the chart will not draw.

4. Download fill settings are set correctly, so if not receiving missing or older, any other way to import?

1. Yes that message will open the Trade Service Log.

3. The bars definitely should still update. Refer to:
Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart

Contact Interactive Brokers for help with the other items you mentioned.

1. The problem is that message, Trading Lock enabled, is opening the trade service log in all instances, even when those sub instances are set to not open the trade service log on a new message.

2. Will contact IB, but is the tradequery line from SC? Regardless is there a way to move all these to the regular message log or filter them out in SC if they are not critical to keep the trade service log clean for actual trade errors only?

3. The bars update in the subinstances, but not the Main instance. I can reproduce by simply closing TWS. The [M] from Denali is still shown.

Were these problems fixed? Again the chart does not update in the Main instance, but only does in the sub instances, in v2345 simply by disconnecting TWS. Pic/vid attached, primary instance on right showing [M] for Denali connected, sub instance on left.

There are no issues with this functionality. We need to see the Message Log from the instance where you are not getting data for a particular symbol following the instructions below.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We will then determine what the problem is.

Also the SierraChart Trade Service Log still pops up in multiple instances despite being disabled in all instances to pop up on a new message.

Ok we need just one Message Log following these instructions here only:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We do not know what log to look at.

Regarding post #11 we cannot help with that. It is what it is and it will not help to ask us further about this.

I shared both logs so you can the issue I'm describing in the condition it occurs in:
1. ("1-19-22 TWS Disconnected No Chart Bar Updates in Primary Ins.txt")
2. What you asked for ("1-19-22 Disconnect-Reconnect Datafeed Log.txt").
CL-202203-NYMEX.

1. The symbol does not exist in this log. We cannot help with TWS connectivity issues.

2. There is no indication of any problem in this log. The data will be received:
SC Data - All Services | Restarting real-time data updates for symbol: CL-202203-NYMEX -> CLH22. Market Depth data restarted. | 2022-01-19 18:18:04.600

We recommend using the Teton Order Routing Service for trading US futures.:

We cannot provide any technical help for issues encountered when using Interactive Brokers.

This thread may be confusing because of multiple issues originally posted.

There is no problem with IB here, and switching the trade service is not the issue.

This problem is regarding SC Denali data/Sierracharts Main Instance not drawing new price bars, while PRICE box itself continues to update, from SC Denali datafeed when the trade service is disconnected, while sub instances continue to draw new chart bars fine.

Post #6 has a picture and a video showing the problem. Here is a short video showing it again on ES right now. The only step needed to reproduce this on my end is to simply close TWS.
