You have access to all the historical data that Sierra Chart has available, including the Delayed Streaming Data from EUREX. Refer to the information below for instructions to access the data: Refer to the following for using the historical data service: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service And refer to the following for the Delayed Streaming EUREX data: Delayed Exchange Data Feed Note that you will need to update to the latest release in order to get the EUREX data. Our apologies. With some of the data, like EUREX, it is going to try to get that from CQG, which is why you are getting the message you are. You would have to change the service to SC Data - All Services to get the data from us. As such, we recommend having a second installation that you would just set the service to SC Data - All Services and then you can get the other symbols. Sorry, I use Sierra 5 + Denali and routing CQG (Previously TT, but after problem I change CQG only routing) trough AMP future I don't know if you have solved with TT, however you are telling me that using CQG routing to have Eurex data in delay I have to have a second installation .... Correct ? --- A. |

Yes, that is correct. You would just use that second installation to get the delayed EUREX data.
