Our apologies. With some of the data, like EUREX, it is going to try to get that from CQG, which is why you are getting the message you are. You would have to change the service to SC Data - All Services to get the data from us. As such, we recommend having a second installation that you would just set the service to SC Data - All Services and then you can get the other symbols.
