Switching from AMP Futures to Direct to Sierra Chart-Not sure about what data feed needed

Hello, I have been using Sierra Chart package 5 along with CQG CME Non-Pro Level 2 data feed from AMP futures. I do not use AMP Futures to trade e-mini futures contracts. Only using AMP for the TPO Chart study. I use Tinkorswim platform to make all my E-Mini futures trading. Received e-mails from both AMP Futures and from you stating as of April 01, I have to make payments to Sierra Chart directly to be able to use my TPO Chart study. I have looked at you available packages and not sure what the Sierra Chart with Advanced Features + Denali Exchange Data Service Package 11 will cover. I plan to close my account with AMP Futures service for CQG CME Non pro level 2, if your Denali Exchange Data Service Package 11 can replace it. All I want to know is what data service package that I need from you that will replace CQG CME real-time data so that I continue to use a real-time data for my E-mini TPO chart? Please help, I am a trader but doesn't understand about data feeds. |

The first thing you need to understand is that the CME Group has a requirement that in order to qualify for the much lower priced Non-Professional exchange fees, you need to have a funded futures trading account. Refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges We do NOT support TD Ameritrade, so you really need to keep your account with AMP in order to be able to get the Non-Professional exchange fees. That being said, we do recommend changing to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. To do this, you would just follow the Setup Instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Once you are setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you would need to let AMP know to cancel the CQG Data. Just the data, you still need the CQG account to qualify for the Non-Professional CME Exchange Fees.
