The first thing you need to understand is that the CME Group has a requirement that in order to qualify for the much lower priced Non-Professional exchange fees, you need to have a funded futures trading account. Refer to the information here:

We do NOT support TD Ameritrade, so you really need to keep your account with AMP in order to be able to get the Non-Professional exchange fees.

That being said, we do recommend changing to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. To do this, you would just follow the Setup Instructions at the following link:

Once you are setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you would need to let AMP know to cancel the CQG Data. Just the data, you still need the CQG account to qualify for the Non-Professional CME Exchange Fees.
