Currently using cqg - feed and routing, no denali.
Trying to figure out what would be costs during "transitional period" if I change it now to Denali/cqg only routing.
1- Denali - would I have to pay a full amount by the end of March
2- Exchanges - would I have to pay a full amount for CME bundle and Eurex exchange again, as already paid (through amp) for March
3- SC soft - would I have to pay now or from the next period starting from the 1st April.
In past periods I had been occasionally using Denali but since Feb only cqg.
Could you pls advise.

We are not going to take the time to answer this. You need to pay for Sierra Chart, effective April 1 including exchange fees.

If we start seeing questions like this, we are going to immediately withdraw this additional time. This is not meant to be taken advantage of by users and creating support questions for us.

You need to pay for Sierra Chart effective April 1. Refer to:

But I want to pay full amounts for Sierra Chart and Denali since April or since now.
The question was more about what if I would like to use starting from now as we are at the beginning of the month and we already covered exchanges fees through amp using cqg. Would I have to cover it again for March while changing to Denali? How about Sierra Chart costs during that time ie should it be full monthly fee or only for days left by the end of the month. These are questions we are asking, probably were not clearly posted in the previous message.

No. In your case nothing you need to do in March 2021.

You just need to follow through the instructions here:

Could you guide me pls?

1- Should I first ask amp to switch off eurex/cqg only then we may switch to denali eobi in control panel? and does it also concern cme

1A - After cancelling eurex-cme through cqg should I pay again for eurex-cme for March (just to make double sure)?

2- If routing must be through cqg while using amp how about symbol seetings - do they stay from cqg (as I am using cqg now) or should be switched to denali

3- What sarvice should be set in Data/Trade Service for denali and cqg routing

No you should wait until April.

Hello
I have already switched to "cqg routing only" with amp and now using SC Denali should I use "SC Data - All Services [data]" for live trading?
Pls advise, thank you.

No, your service should be set to whatever trading service you are using. You mention CQG above, so we assume that you have been moved to CQG for your order routing with AMP. If that is the case, then you should have a set of CQG credentials (Username/Password). If you do not have these, then get them from AMP.

Once you have the credentials, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service

Once that is done, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change your symbols to the CQG symbols.

You will then be all set to get your data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed and to trade using CQG through your AMP account.

You would need to make the change in whatever symbols you are using. If you are staying connected to CQG then you are using the CQG symbols and you would need to make any symbol related to changes to the CQG symbols.

I completely do not understand what you wrote.
I need to record market depth data to replay them later, I am using cqg routing as the broker is amp, also have denali.
So I am repeating my question - I need to setup recording in Symbols "record market depth data"- should I choose these from cqg or denali to be able to replay 2nd level data ie DOM all data.

Maybe I do not uderstand smth.
If I am using cqg symbol names due to amp requirement - am I using denali at all?

You are getting the Denali data.

I need to setup recording in Symbols "record market depth data"- should I choose these from cqg or denali to be able to replay 2nd level data ie DOM all data.

Since you are connected to CQG for order routing, you are using CQG symbols. For example, for the E-Mini S&P500 you use a symbol that looks like F.US.EPM21. Therefore, you would need to set the Record Market Depth Data for the symbol F.US.EP?## in the Global Symbol Settings.
