No, your service should be set to whatever trading service you are using. You mention CQG above, so we assume that you have been moved to CQG for your order routing with AMP. If that is the case, then you should have a set of CQG credentials (Username/Password). If you do not have these, then get them from AMP. Once you have the credentials, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service Once that is done, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change your symbols to the CQG symbols. You will then be all set to get your data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed and to trade using CQG through your AMP account.
