Hello I'm on a free trial an decided to try out Real Time Data on SC. I paid for the service package and exchange fee for NASDAQ. However, I cant access real time. Is this because my current service package is set on TRIAL PACKAGE, even if I pay for the services? I understand real time data feed for equities is not available for the trial package, but im confused if this matters for paid or unpaid services. Im wondering if i need to be on a Service package to use the services. I want to try the service for a few days (at least till the end of the exchange fee) before commiting more time to the platform. Being on a Trial does not make any difference as to whether you get the data or not. What we see is that you have activated the NASDAQ Indices exchange. If you want to get the Stock data, then you would need to have activated the U.S. Equities exchange. Refer to the information here for what symbols are part of the NASDAQ Indices exchange: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Indices#INDEX-NQ Unfortunately, we cannot refund the exchange fees. So if that was not your intention, then there is nothing to be done, but to set the exchange to not renew for next month.
