Hello I'm on a free trial an decided to try out Real Time Data on SC. I paid for the service package and exchange fee for NASDAQ. However, I cant access real time. Is this because my current service package is set on TRIAL PACKAGE, even if I pay for the services? I understand real time data feed for equities is not available for the trial package, but im confused if this matters for paid or unpaid services. Im wondering if i need to be on a Service package to use the services. I want to try the service for a few days (at least till the end of the exchange fee) before commiting more time to the platform.
