Confusion on Data Feed and Order Routing

Well, AMP has managed to double bill me on March 1st for the services I already paid you directly for. This money ($65) should be credited to my Sierra account since they took it out of my AMP account and forwarded to you.
We looked at the statement, and the charges are for February 2021. AMP was billed those exact items by us, and collecting them from you. So we are not seeing any issue. OK, didn't realize you billed in arrears. So from now on, we're paying for the month BEFORE we use it instead of after is that correct? Thanks |

That is how the billing is done. Once the month is over, and settled, then the month thereafter is when users would begin to see charges.

Now I just got billed today for this: MAR-21 08-MAR-21 FEB21 Per CQG CME NonPro Level 2 01 USD 11.00 DRTOTAL I thought I was paying for CME through Sierra chart? Is this another charge in arrears? Am I supposed to be paying for CME through Sierra in the future? |

Yeah, i got billed from AMP for cqg data: eurex and cme... now im paying double data fees, denali+cqg. how can i fix this?

In regards to post #28 that looks like a charge from CQG. You need to contact your broker about that and have them cancel exchange fees through them since you are paying for those directly. In regards to post #29 you have paid for the EUREX exchange fee direct to Sierra Chart but the CME exchange fee was billed through your trading account.
