Well, AMP has managed to double bill me on March 1st for the services I already paid you directly for. This money ($65) should be credited to my Sierra account since they took it out of my AMP account and forwarded to you.
We looked at the statement, and the charges are for February 2021. AMP was billed those exact items by us, and collecting them from you. So we are not seeing any issue.
